Cairnwood Estate Weddings are the definition of iconic. Every facet of this incredible, castle-like venue is not only uniquely recognizable, but also impeccably detailed. From the warm hued brickwork and sweeping turrets to the expansive lawn and French inspired balconies, the exterior of Cairnwood is unmistakable. Inside, this attention to legacy continues with sumptuously detailed rooms, copious fireplaces, and of course the dreamiest staircase set amid towering arches perfect for a truly grand reception entrance.
I had the joy of capturing Simone and Fadi’s union at their Cairnwood Estate Wedding and start to finish, this day was a fairytale. The couple chose a romantic, blush color palette stunningly executed by Fleur de Lis Floral, and incorporated an array of floral touches from the flower draped Juliet balcony welcoming guests to the rose and peony adorned staircase in the main hall.
Simone and Fadi’s love story began while Fadi was living in Lebanon and so early in their relationship they met up at some of the world’s most beautiful destinations for dates. Venice, Rome, Amsterdam, they created beautiful memories exploring Europe together and incorporated that by making each table of their reception themed to a different locale. The couple also included an olive branch on each place setting representing peace, love, and endurance as a nod to their shared Lebanese heritage.
While overcast skies blanketed most of the day, the sun came out just in time for their al fresco cocktail hour and sunset portraits. It was as if the sun itself was gifting them a wedding present! This Cairnwood Estate Wedding was truly a fairytale filled with modern elegance and romantic yet deeply personal details!
