Summers in Lewes, Delaware mean sunny skies, homemade ice cream, and the most glorious pink sunsets, and today I’m thrilled to share this luminous Lewes Beach Engagement Session. From our golden hour walk along the marina to the most spectacular sunset, it was an evening straight out of the most romantic dreams!
Max and Eva wanted their engagement session to feel laid back, romantic, and timeless. We began under sunny skies at the Fisherman’s Wharf. We strolled along the park, pausing to explore the town’s charming gazebo and tree lined paths.
Soon we headed down to the beach. We timed our session to perfectly line up with the sunset and hoped to capture Lewes’ beautiful colors. Eva changed into a dreamy satin gown the perfectly caught the breeze. The billowing puffed sleeves created beautiful movement while the lightweight fabric caught the light.
Eva and Max wanted to share a champagne toast on the beach, and brought along the sweetest customized champagne bottle for the occasion. They toasted as the skies turned from blue to purple pink and walked along the water’s edge. It was the most idyllic night!
After spending such a beautiful night together, I am so looking forward to celebrating Eva and Max’s garden wedding this summer at beautiful Curtis Arboretum!
