This wedding day was the crown jewel of a magnificent four-day celebration. Guests arrived on Day 1 to settle into the château’s elegant accommodations and explore the grounds. Day 2 was to explore the chateau and relax by the pool and in the gardens. It culminated in a lavish Marie Antoinette-inspired welcome dinner. This pink laden night set the tone for the weekend with whimsical florals and decadent French touches. After the wedding on Day 3, the festivities concluded with a warm and intimate farewell brunch, offering one last moment of connection in the French countryside.
The Bride and Groom
In a wedding weekend full of exquisite fashion, the bride’s couture Monique Lhuillier gown was the crown jewel. With a fitted silhouette, intricate lace and beading, sweetheart neckline, and sheer lace sleeves, the gown exuded timeless romance. A flowing lace cape trailed behind her with every step, adding an ethereal quality to her walk through the gardens. The ceremony took place in the heart of the château’s gardens. Rachael Ellen Events creating a show-stopping floral installation focal point. A triple arch bursting with lush seasonal blooms in purple, green, blue, and soft pink anchored the altar. Climbing florals wrapped the structure in wild, organic beauty, reflecting the surrounding gardens while elevating the design with couture-level detail. Guests sat in white garden chairs along the center pathway. The entire setting alive with color, scent, and peaceful joy.
A Romantic Reception at Chateau du Grand Luce
After the ceremony, guests were welcomed to an intimate dinner reception styled to perfection by Rachael Ellen Events. A single long table stretched across the garden. It was dressed in custom green floral linens and napkins from Reverie Social that echoed the lush surroundings. The table was adorned with Crystal stemware from Charles Mayer & Co, warm votive lighting, and elegant stone urns overflowing with florals. These thoughtful details mirrored the couple’s sophisticated aesthetic while maintaining a sense of natural ease. Reception Night
As twilight settled in, the bride changed into a breathtaking sequin gown adorned with shimmering floral embellishments.
