Summer nights in New England make for the perfect backdrop for a Coastal Maine Engagement Session. Filled with cool ocean breezes, painterly clouds, and the deep azure blue of the Atlantic, nights like this with Katie and Cam are an absolute dream to capture.
We started at the Portland Head Light Lighthouse, wandering the expansive parks and lawns around this iconic seaside spot before heading to one of their favorite local beaches where we were met by their adorable pup Libby. We especially loved the tall grassy dunes of Pine Point Beach and arrived just in time for soft sunset light.
Southern Maine has always held a special place in my heart since my adolescent years spending summers in Ogunquit with family. With its serene rocky coastline and idyllic weather most of the year, it’s always truly a joy to come back. I can not wait to celebrate these two at their Southern Maine wedding this fall!
