Romantic and Timeless Grand Floridian Wedding

A flagship resort of the Walt Disney World property, The Grand Floridian is a trove of Victorian inspired elegance. With a lakefront view of Magic Kingdom, and as the home of Disney’s Fairytale Weddings Pavilion, it is a classic and timeless destination for celebrations of every kind. With its bright white, window clad buildings, topped with unmistakable red gables, and impeccably manicured lawns and gardens the Grand Floridian uniquely combines the architectures of Mount Washington Hotel and the Hotel de Coronado to create a landscape both timeless and modern.

Hannah and Peter’s Grand Floridian Wedding was a celebration of tradition and exuberance. Their day embraced the natural beauty of the resort while combining the very best Disney Fairytale Weddings has to offer. From their Epcot reception in the stately American Adventure rotunda, to their fireworks dessert party in the Venice inspired Italy Pavilion, they created what can only be described as a magical day for all who came to celebrate with them.

Hannah channeled 1940’s glam with a sweeping updo by The Bella Agency. She completed her look with both her mother’s and grandmother’s wedding pearls. Two Peas Paper created a stunning paper suite filled with custom watercolor calligraphy and delicate french blue ribbon. Hannah and Peter wanted to make the most of their time at The Grand Floridian so we allowed ample time for portraits at many of the most beautiful locations around the resort. With idyllic blue skies overhead and a gentle breeze cooling the May heat, we took our time capturing the sweet sunset light around The Grand Floridian before heading to Epcot for a truly grand celebration.
